  孫店長：首先，選購實木地板應該了解制造該地板所用的木種。市面上比較名貴的有花梨木、柚木、柞木、曲柳、巴豆、印茄等。膠州地處海洋性氣候，夏季濕度大，而且目前幾乎所有的樓盤都配有地暖，木地板質量不夠硬，受潮濕、高溫影響容易變形。所以，對地板的穩定性要求特別高。我建議市民選用印茄、柚木等穩定性好的材質做地板。其次，選擇色澤紋理一致的實木地板是一個誤區。實木地板應追求其自身的自然特征，不應過分要求紋理色澤一致。同一樹干的不同部位其紋理色澤均不一樣。如今市面上很多色澤、紋理一致的實木地板是很好看，但都是人工著色的。
